AI Content & Portrait Compliance Policy

This is FaceFig's dedicated policy on AI portrait compliance, content moderation, celebrity likeness ban, liability disclaimer, and deep-synthesis labeling. It supplements the Terms of Service. All users are deemed to fully accept and be bound by these terms by using our services. The Chinese version prevails; disputes are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

01AI Content Moderation System

We implement a multi-layer compliance review system: 1) keyword risk control filtering to block all public figures, celebrities, and prohibited terms; 2) facial similarity intelligent comparison to prevent replication of famous facial features; 3) real-time violation interception and automatic generation rejection; 4) suspicious record retention for risk control traceability.

You warrant that all uploaded portrait materials are your own or of natural persons with full lawful written consent. You bear full independent legal responsibility for any portrait right, reputation, or copyright disputes and compensation arising from unauthorized use of others' portraits, commercial use, distribution, or secondary distribution. We are not jointly liable.

04AI-Generated Content Statement

All AI outputs on our platform are computer-generated virtual creations that do not correspond to any real person and do not represent endorsement of any real person. They are provided as personal creative tools only. AI-generated content may have algorithmic randomness imperfections (such as hand detail deviation, slight facial asymmetry), which are normal AI characteristics and do not constitute service quality issues.

05위반 단속 및 항소 절차

Violation enforcement levels: First violation: content blocking with compliance warning popup. Second violation: generation access restriction. Repeated malicious violations: permanent account suspension, credit forfeiture without refund, and referral to compliance authorities with judicial recourse rights. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may appeal by emailing facefig@zohomail.com. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
